LMRG · Portable off-grid internet
Outpost Pro
Most of a property has no mobile signal, so the water, the stock and the traps are only checked when someone drives out. The Outpost Pro is a satellite internet and long-range WiFi station on a trailer. Park it on a rise and the paddocks around it come online.
Buy or rent. Short and long term rentals available. Pricing on request.

A Starlink dish brings the internet down. Three long-range WiFi antennas on the mast send it out in every direction, up to 1 km with a clear line of sight. Solar panels and a battery bank run it, so it needs no mains power and no mobile coverage.
Reach depends on terrain, vegetation and the radio fitted at the device.

Check water, stock and traps from the house before you drive out. On a pest animal program, trap and monitoring cameras report as they trigger, so traps are checked sooner.
What the devices need. Phones and laptops connect close to the station. A fixed device further out needs a clear line of sight to the mast and a small directional radio beside it.
Pair it with the FIELDMARK camera trap, which sends its pictures by WiFi where there is no 4G.
The same station carries research sites and events. See the full range of Outpost Pro applications at LMRG, or the wider LMRG remote connectivity range.
